We all know that buying a home is expensive, and most people finance the purchase and take out a loan. If your not paying all cash for your purchase, you will need to contact a mortgage broker. If you already have a mortgage broker, great. If not, Elika is able to make some recommendations and get the ball rolling. Once you’ve met with the mortgage broker and have understood the loan process and how much you can afford. They will be able to provide you with a pre-approval or pre-qualification. Once you’ve received the pre-qualification, the search and fun begins!
